Preparationi instructions:
Grill pan and Oven (160℃)
1) Pat the surface of the pork saddle with kitchen paper to dry it.
2) Sprinkle an appropriate amount of black pepper and salt on the surface of the pork saddle, marinate for 15 minutes, and preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
3) Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, sprinkle the pork saddle with thyme, fry over medium heat for 1.5 minutes on each side.
4) Place the pork saddle into the oven, bake at 160 degrees for 8 minutes, reverse and bake for another 8 minutes.
